Join our team as a Process Quality Engineer and play a key role in improving product and process quality!We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and communicative person whose work will directly contribute to process stability, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction. If you enjoy working with quality tools, learning, and growing through experience – this is the right opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation of quality control systems to ensure the product meets customer specifications
Implementation and supervision of quality control systems according to MAHLE procedures
Process analysis and improvement using quality tools
Analysis of customer complaints and defining root causes
Implementation of corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming products
Working with quality documentation: control plans, work instructions, etc.
Your Experience and Qualifications
University degree in a technical field
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory
Knowledge of quality standards is an advantage
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Proficiency in MS Office (advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus)
