We are looking for a Director-level LATAM Architect to drive the expansion and scaling of our API & Integration Practice across the region.
This person will combine business development backing, team leadership, client-facing advisory work, and deep knowledge in API and integration architecture. We are after a builder - someone capable of evolving LATAM from a delivery hub into a regional core of consulting strength, architectural leadership, and growth for the API & Integration Practice.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional account teams, global practice leadership, technology partners, and enterprise clients to widen opportunities in API strategy, integration modernization, platform transformation, governance, cloud integration, and AI-era integration

Mentor LATAM teams and foster their ongoing learning and career progression

Contribute to pipeline growth and pre-sales activities to fuel regional business momentum

Offer advisory support to senior client stakeholders on advanced API and integration topics

Manage end-to-end delivery of complex API and integration transformation programs

Strengthen regional talent and cultivate a vibrant consulting and architecture community across LATAM
-
Stimulate client demand and stand as a trusted face of the practice throughout the region

Bridge LATAM capability with global practice strategy to deliver alignment and meaningful outcomes
Requirements
-
At least 12 years of experience in IT
-
A minimum of 8 years in Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles
-
Engagement on 10+ projects, or a verified record of launching 3+ products (or key product capabilities) into the market

Proven achievements managing engagements for teams of 70+ FTEs, or smaller engagements that produced significant business value

Strong proficiency in API management, integration platforms, cloud architecture, modernization, partner ecosystems, and enterprise consulting

Practical command of MuleSoft for designing and delivering integration solutions

Applied background with Apigee for API management and lifecycle governance

Working familiarity with Kong as an API gateway and management platform
-
Hands-on experience with Azure API Management for creating and running enterprise APIs

Familiarity with Axway for API management and integration capabilities
-
Experience using Boomi for cloud-based integration and workflow automation
-
Working knowledge of Kafka for event-driven architectures and real-time data streaming
-
Practical experience working with leading cloud providers, including GCP, Azure, or AWS
-
English language proficiency at C1 level or higher
