About Euclid File Solutions
Euclid File Solutions helps clients navigate the documentation and administrative process of recovering unclaimed property in the United States.
Our Claim Processors organize records, gather and evaluate documents, communicate with clients and third parties, maintain accurate case information, and help move claims toward resolution.
About the Role

Accuracy, ownership, and consistent follow-through are essential.
Fully Native-Level English Is Required
This is a U.S. client-facing role. Fully native-level English fluency is a required qualification, not simply a preference.
You must be able to understand, write, and speak English naturally and professionally during real-time client and team communications.
Candidates will be assessed on:
- Spoken English
- Written English
- Listening and reading comprehension
- Clarity and pronunciation
- Professional tone
- Grammar and vocabulary
- Ability to communicate naturally with U.S.-based clients
This role requires more than basic conversational English or the ability to translate written material.
Core ResponsibilitiesTraining and Process Development
- Complete assigned training on U.S. unclaimed-property claims, internal procedures, documentation standards, confidentiality, and client communication.
- Learn to use Euclid’s CRM, internal systems, state databases, and approved research resources.
- Follow written procedures, approved templates, file summaries, and instructions accurately.
- Take organized training notes, ask relevant questions, and demonstrate that feedback has been understood and applied.

Claim-File Review and Document Management
- Review assigned files to understand the claimant, property, current status, required documents, pending items, and next action.
- Request standard identification, address-verification, ownership, business, probate, and supporting documents using approved communications.
- Receive, label, organize, and store documents in the correct file and system location.
- Check documents for completeness, readability, consistency, expiration, signatures, notarization, and other established requirements.
- Compare names, addresses, dates, ownership information, and other details across documents.
- Identify missing information and inconsistencies for further review.
- Conduct basic address, ownership, business, and public-record research within established procedures.
- Help prepare accurate claim forms and submission packages for review and approval by an authorized processor.
- Never independently submit, alter, or approve a claim unless specific authority has been granted.
Case Tracking and Follow-Up
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM notes after each material action or communication.
- Record every file’s current status, missing information, responsible party, next action, and follow-up date.
- Monitor assigned follow-ups and complete them by the required date.
- Identify files that are delayed, inactive, rejected, incomplete, or awaiting information.
- Bring delays, problems, and unresolved matters to the appropriate person’s attention.
- Keep assigned work organized so that no file stalls without a documented reason and next step.
Client and Third-Party Communication
- Communicate with U.S.-based clients in clear, natural, and professional English by email, telephone, and other approved channels.
- Explain standard document requests and procedural next steps accurately.
- Use approved communication templates while adapting the tone and wording appropriately.
- Document communications, decisions, and commitments accurately in the CRM.
- Escalate complaints, sensitive conversations, unusual requests, legal questions, or matters outside the assigned scope.

- Review your own work carefully before presenting it for approval.
- Protect personal, financial, identity, estate, and claim information.
- Follow access-control, password, equipment, file-storage, and data-handling procedures.
- Recognize when information is missing, inconsistent, unusual, sensitive, or outside an established procedure.
- Ask questions before proceeding when instructions or authority are unclear.
- Promptly report errors, security concerns, suspected fraud, or other risks through the appropriate channel.

- Accuracy: Work is complete, consistent, and carefully reviewed before submission.
- Dependability: Agreed availability, deadlines, meetings, and follow-up commitments are honored consistently.
- Ownership: Assigned files are actively monitored and do not sit without a known status and next step.
