The Team You Will Join
You will be part of the Procurement LATAM Data & Systems Governance team at MetLife. This team plays a key role in consolidating operational metrics, managing regional procurement policies, and ensuring data integrity across sourcing processes. The team collaborates with country leads and internal stakeholders to drive transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement in procurement operations.
The Opportunity
The Data & Systems Sr. Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining procurement dashboards and visualizations, updating regional reports, supporting the implementation of regional procedures, leading the e-auction initiative on a global scale, finding efficiency opportunities and working on improvement initiatives across LATAM.

The Data & Systems Sr. Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate reporting and data visualization, policy alignment, and operational consistency in procurement activities. You’ll collaborate closely with sourcing managers, accounts payable team, risk management teams, and country and regional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and support governance control over procurement activities and compliance efforts in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.

Strategic Governance & Regional Impact

Lead execution and revision of regional procurement policies and procedures.

Develop new policy documents based on regulatory changes or feedback from stakeholders.

Actively participate in regional projects related to procurement governance and data visualization.
Transformation, Automation & Analytics

Create and maintain automated workflows and agents for internal processes.

Manage data from various procurement platforms, ensuring data integrity.

Facilitate the adoption of new tools, policies, and operational changes.

Create and maintain reporting documents and dashboards of procurement and accounts payable activities to enhance decision-making.
Operational Excellence & Systems Support

Manage and provide functional support to Procurement tools such as Ariba, People Soft, and other associated platforms.

Monitor access permissions and provide end-user support.

Coordinate the resolution of incidents, ensuring operational continuity.

Promote good practices and provide guidance to users and stakeholders.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
- Ability to manage complex requirements and support regional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting systems and procurement platforms.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Proficiency in automation, knowledge of Alteryx platform is a plus.
- Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for tracking and resolving procurement-related requests.
What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)

2+ years of experience in procurement, finance operations, or supplier management.

Intermediate or superior English level required, Portuguese is a plus.
