About the role:
We are looking for a Compliance Analyst based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, who will support Compliance activities across the South and Andean Clusters, with primary coverage of Argentina, Chile, and Peru.
This is a junior-level opportunity for a legal professional interested in developing a career within Compliance and Legal in a dynamic, regional environment. The role will primarily focus on Compliance activities while also providing exposure to Legal matters.
Responsibilities:

Support Compliance activities across Argentina, Chile, Peru, and the broader South and Andean Clusters.

Support Compliance projects related to interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), internal policies, reporting, and internal audits.

Provide input and support in the development and review of Compliance policies and procedures.

Assist with risk assessments, risk matrices, and identification of Compliance-related risks.

Prepare reports, analyses, and corporate presentations for regional and international stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Legal, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and business units.

Leverage technology and digital tools to improve Compliance processes and ways of working.
Required qualifications — MUST:

Law degree / qualified lawyer, with a strong interest in developing a career in Compliance. The intake specifically highlighted that previous experiences with non-lawyer profiles in this role had not worked as well.

Approximately up to 3 years of professional experience after graduation.

Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level). English is essential, as presentations and documents are primarily in English and the team interacts with stakeholders outside the region.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong ability to prepare professional and corporate presentations using PowerPoint.

Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work with policies and Compliance-related documentation.

Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and able to work under the company's hybrid model.
Preferred qualifications — NICE TO HAVE:

Previous exposure to Compliance, particularly within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries. Experience with risk matrices, Compliance risk identification, and policy review is highly valued.

Interest in and hands-on exposure to technology, digital tools, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), including experience using AI tools or exploring how technology can improve processes.
