En Volvo Trucks & Buses Argentina, contribuirás a la transformación de nuestra compañía, de la industria del transporte y de la sociedad en general. Como Analista de Comercio Exterior, serás responsable de gestionar y coordinar integralmente las operaciones de comercio exterior, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y brindando soporte a la ejecución logística, documental y financiera de las importaciones y exportaciones.
En este rol tendrás la oportunidad de:

Gestionar y dar seguimiento a certificaciones OEA (Operador Económico Autorizado).

Brindar asistencia técnica y asesoramiento especializado a las distintas áreas de la compañía.

Planificar y coordinar instrucciones de envío con fábricas y proveedores internacionales.

Coordinar procesos vinculados al negocio de buses, incluyendo logística y documentación de importación y exportación.
-
Mantener una relación fluida con concesionarios, organismos de control y entidades gubernamentales.

Participar en reuniones de seguimiento con organismos regulatorios y actores clave del sector.
-
Identificar oportunidades para optimizar costos y mejorar procesos de comercio exterior.

Requisitos esenciales

Graduado/a en Administración de Empresas, Comercio Exterior o carreras afines.
-
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares.
-
Sólido dominio de la operatoria de comercio exterior (excluyente).
-
Experiencia en gestión documental y cumplimiento normativo vinculado a importaciones y exportaciones.
-
Excel avanzado.
-
Capacidad para interactuar con organismos regulatorios, proveedores y clientes internos.
