We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Data Consultant to drive enterprise-scale data migration initiatives, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ and ARM environments. This role combines technical leadership with deep expertise in complex data modeling, governance, and validation to ensure seamless, high-fidelity migrations across mock and production environments.
Responsibilities

Define the end-to-end data migration strategy, covering extraction, transformation, mapping, validation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes

Lead and mentor the dedicated data migration engineering team, establish technical standards, code reviews, and validation protocols

Design robust rollback and disaster recovery plans for multiple mock and production cutovers

Architect the migration of complex, relational CPQ data, including Product Catalogs, Price Books, Quote templates, Subscriptions, Assets, and multi-tier Contracting hierarchies, without disrupting referential integrity

Partner with Salesforce Architects to map legacy financial and billing data into target Salesforce Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) and CLM data structures

Resolve complex data mapping challenges unique to CPQ, such as migrating active subscription contracts and aligning historical pricing rules

Establish data profiling and cleansing standards to ensure high-fidelity, deduplicated data is loaded into the target environment

Collaborate closely with Data Security and Compliance teams to ensure all migrated data meets strict regulatory and enterprise data governance frameworks

Design automated validation scripts to perform pre- and post-load reconciliation, ensuring 100% financial data accuracy
Requirements

8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of dedicated Salesforce Data Migration experience acting as a Tech Lead on enterprise-scale implementations

Hands-on experience executing at least 2 major migrations involving Salesforce CPQ/Billing

Understanding of CPQ data structures, including how Quote Lines, Subscriptions, and Contract objects interrelate

Expertise in Salesforce ETL tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, and Talend or Jitterbit

Proficiency in data loading tools such as SF Data Loader, Copado, or Salesforce DX
-
Strong SQL skills, data modeling experience, and experience managing high-volume data sets with millions of records

Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
