Supply Chain Planning & Optimization
Generate an accurate sales forecast that serves as base for EM Supply Chain planning, playing a key role as the strategic link between Sales, Marketing, and Supply.

Generate a reliable forecast that depends on the quality of sales history, collaborative Market Intelligence, and optimal algorithm parameters in the system.

Provide a timely forecast to Supply to ensure that the right product is in the right place at the right time to meet customer orders.

Work with Sales and Marketing to understand changing customer needs and market dynamics.

Maintain historical demand information.
-
Follow a scripted Demand Planning Monthly Cycle that aligns with industry best practice.

Leverage system tools to identify opportunities for forecast improvements.

Monitor system data quality and integrity and fix data related issues.
-
Measure forecast performance and adjust processes in order to drive long-term improvement.

Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Meetings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Business Administration or Related Fields

Demonstrate sound business judgment, decision making skills, and customer focus.

Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.

Interface effectively with other functions, collaborative

Strong data analysis skill set with ability to demonstrate.

SAP Knowledge.

Microsoft Excel and Access. Ability to build and execute queries, databases, and spreadsheets.
