Cold calling 80 prospects a day is linear math. Crafting a high-converting pitch that closes 10,000 prospects at once is scaled math.

We don't view content creation, digital media, or funnels through the soft lens of "branding." We view them for what they actually are: High-Leverage Direct Response Sales.

We are looking for a competitive, relentless closer—someone with an SDR, AE, or direct sales background—who is tired of phone dials and wants to apply their persuasion instincts to digital growth. We don't care if you've never held a formal marketing title. If you understand human psychology, know how to overcome objections, love winning, and are scrappy enough to master digital tools on the fly, we will teach you the technical execution.

What You’ll Do

Engineer Scaled Pitches: Translate core sales tactics (urgency, social proof, value stack, objection handling) into high-performing short-form videos, ad creatives, and digital funnel angles.
Optimize the Attention Pipeline: Treat video retention curves and landing page data like a sales pipeline—identifying where prospects lose interest, isolating friction points, and tweaking the script to close more deals.
Run Pitch Experiments: Rapidly test different sales hooks, value propositions, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to systematically outperform baseline conversion metrics.
Hunt for Arbitrage: Continuously analyze competitor funnels, viral formats, and digital channels to spot untapped angles and aggressive growth opportunities.
Own the Revenue Board: Monitor conversion rates, click-through metrics, and customer acquisition costs with the same hunger a top-tier AE monitors their monthly quota.

Who You Are

Sales-First Mindset: You have experience in phone sales, door-to-door, B2B sales, or high-ticket closing. You naturally understand buyer psychology and what turns a "maybe" into a "yes."
Relentlessly Scrappy: You don't wait for permission or ready-made playbooks. You figure out new tools, software platforms, and digital workflows fast to execute your ideas.
Quota-Driven & Competitive: You view performance dashboards as leaderboards. You get a genuine rush out of beating past conversion benchmarks.
Resilient: You treat rejected angles or low-performing ads as simple sales feedback: adjust the pitch, re-frame the offer, and fire again.

Bonus Points For

Background in competitive sports, debate, or high-commission sales environments.
Hands-on experience with direct-response copywriting or basic video editing software.
Personal experience launching e-commerce projects, digital products, or creative media channels.
