We seek a Learning Specialist, Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- 6–8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning program design, or content development, with demonstrated progression into a leadership/coaching capacity.
- Proven experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and translating it into curriculum/program design.
- Hands-on expertise in instructional design and storyboarding, with working knowledge of rapid authoring tools for self-paced courses, visual assets, and video production.
- Experience leading or coaching a content development team (in-house team, vendor, or COE model) — this role leads people/output, not just builds solo.
- Experience administering or governing an LMS platform (Campus, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or equivalent) — not just using one as an author.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written English and strong cross-cultural communication skills — this role works daily across regions and time zones, including a distributed India-based team.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise (self-paced course builds), Canva (visual assets, job aids, one-pagers), and Google Vids (AI-assisted training video production) — our current authoring stack.
- Experience designing training governance frameworks or policy at a global/multi-region organization.
- Familiarity with the ADDIE model or equivalent instructional design frameworks.
- Comfort adapting quickly as our authoring stack evolves (e.g. AI-assisted content generation).
- Prior experience in a global, matrixed organization (professional services, tech, or consulting) managing stakeholders across regions.
- Exposure to AI-assisted content production or learning technology innovation.
