We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of AI-powered automations in highly regulated environments. The ideal candidate has a strong track record translating complex business processes into clear functional specifications, and is comfortable working at the intersection of domain experts, engineering teams, and AI development in agile environments.
A central role in shaping AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients in insurance, healthcare, and complex operations environments
Direct collaboration with AI Engineers and Full-Stack Developers to translate business logic into scalable systems
Exposure to cutting-edge AI products: agents, copilots, and workflow automation at enterprise scale
High ownership from day one — you define scope, logic, and validation, not just document what others decide
A world-class team and a flexible hybrid/remote setup
Remote-first, flexible working environment.
Act as the primary bridge between business subject matter experts (SMEs) and the engineering team, translating complex processes into structured, actionable specifications.
Lead requirements gathering and process mapping sessions with domain experts, capturing end-to-end workflows, business rules, edge cases, and exception handling with the level of detail required for AI agentic development.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and use case documentation to guide development of both deterministic and LLM-based agentic workflows.
Produce functional flows, process models (UML, BPMN, Mermaid), and SOP documentation that serve as the foundation for agent design and evaluation.
Manage and groom the product backlog, define MVP scope, and support sprint planning in agile environments.
Identify gaps and contradictions in existing process documentation and work with SMEs to resolve them before development begins.
Maintain comprehensive functional documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to map complex business processes with multiple edge cases, exceptions, and non-deterministic decision points.
Strong skills in requirements mapping and stakeholder management, particularly with domain experts who hold tacit process knowledge.
Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and use case documentation in agile environments.
Proficiency in process modeling tools and diagramming (Draw.io, Miro, Mermaid, or equivalent).
Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, specifically LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks
Experience working in large enterprise organizations or alongside engineering teams building AI-powered systems
Background in process mapping or business rules formalization (BPMN, decision tables, or similar)
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent
SQL or basic data querying skills
Background in the insurance industry (e.g., underwriting, claims, P&C, or insurtech projects).
Proven experience in banking, digital financial services, or fintech projects.
Experience with conversational AI or chatbot integrations.
Exposure to AI-assisted analysis tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM).
PMO or team-lead experience coordinating other Business Analysts.
