The opportunity:
This role provides key support within EY’s Americas Sustainability and Community Impact team including the EY Academic Resource Center (EYARC) and other general support for EY’s Corporate Responsibility and Corporate Sustainability portfolio.
This role would dedicate approximately 60% of their time to core operational support for the EY Academic Resource Center to deliver quality higher education academic resources and university faculty engagement programs. The remaining capacity will support broader team priorities as needed, such as assisting the Corporate Responsibility team and the Sustainability team.
The EYARC role will focus on executing standardized, process-driven activities across EYARC’s content lifecycle, faculty support operations, event coordination, and reporting. This includes managing high-volume workflows, maintaining trackers and documentation, and supporting platform operations to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for faculty and students.
Based within Global Delivery Services (GDS) LATAM, this role will work closely with EYARC team members in the United States as well as some support for the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort operating within defined processes, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks across shifting priorities.
Key responsibilities – EY ARC:
Content lifecycle and platform support:
- Project manage the lifecycle of all EYARC content to help move content along timely, including maintaining intake trackers, managing version control for EYARC content, ensuring accuracy, and following up with reviewers.
- Apply standard templates and formatting materials prior to internal and external review to ensure consistency
- Support publishing activities, including posting finalized content and sourcing EY thought leadership to EYARC platforms
- Conduct post-publication testing of assignments, logging defects to ensure issues are tracked and resolved
- Perform ongoing site maintenance, including identifying outdated materials, fixing broken links, and supporting periodic content updates
Faculty support and operational inbox management:
- Provide first-line support through shared mailbox triage, including routing, tagging, and responding to common faculty inquiries using standard templates
- Support instructor and student access requests, including managing user list hygiene
- Assist with provisioning access for programs, events, and cohorts and confirm successful enrollment
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues as appropriate, ensuring timely resolution
Webinar, event, and newsletter operations:
- Support execution of webinars and virtual events, including distribution of invitations, tracking responses, and managing attendee communications
- Maintain attendance trackers and support post-event reporting and analysis
- Assist with post-event activities, including uploading materials, organizing recordings, and supporting communications
- Manage newsletter distribution processes, including resolving bouncebacks and maintaining distribution lists
Operational tracking, reporting, and compliance support:
- Maintain trackers, templates, and documentation across EYARC processes to ensure visibility, consistency, and audit readiness
- Assist with documentation and coordination for institutional, compliance, and audit-related requests
- Monitor workflows and flag risks, delays, or inconsistencies for escalation
General operational support:
- Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and summaries to support team needs
- Organize and maintain shared resources, templates, and process documentation
- Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency and consistency improvements
Other responsibilities – Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility:
- Assist the Sustainability team with various tasks including (but not limited to) benchmarking research and analysis, data collection and validation, development of presentation materials, etc.
- Assist the Corporate Responsibility team with various tasks including (but not limited to) operational support for various aspects of the EY Ripples program, helping with EY swag orders for volunteerism, reviewing and uploading initiatives to the EY Ripples Portal, assisting with research, data collection and analysis, development of presentation materials, etc.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and comfort creating decks and presentations

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- ~2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, administrative support, or process-driven roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting shared inboxes, workflows, or program operations is preferred
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Comfort working in a structured, high-volume execution environment
