As a Billing Center of Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Finance team, focusing on financial strategy and planning to drive business growth and profitability. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, forecasting future trends, and providing recommendations to optimize financial performance. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will be accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be part of our Internal Firm Services within our Finance practice, where you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also have the opportunity to develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, all while upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Analyzing financial data and forecasting future trends to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing financial performance
- Managing financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management processes to support informed business decisions
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Utilizing analytical thinking and cash flow analysis to monitor and enhance financial strategies
- Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders, fostering informed decision-making
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members, escalating issues when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to enhance delivery and inspire team members
- Building relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and service excellence
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
