We're looking for a Senior Automation Tester (Mobile) to join our team, enhancing quality assurance practices for both iOS and Android platforms while leading automation strategy and guaranteeing dependable, high-quality product releases.
Responsibilities

Work closely with Product, Design and Development teams to grasp product requirements and build thorough test plans and test cases

Perform functional and automated testing to confirm accuracy, completeness, and dependability of features

Help build and improve UI automation frameworks using Espresso and XCUITest

Evaluate requirements to assess automation feasibility from a technical standpoint
-
Embed automated tests within CI pipelines to catch issues early in development

Create and review PRs to support achieving full regression automation coverage

Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and reusable automated test scripts across various applications
-
Track, document, and report defects while coordinating with developers for prompt fixes and retesting

Establish testing strategies and lead process improvements to boost QA outcomes across multiple backend teams

Collaborate with developers to introduce earlier testing integration using mocking techniques
-
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adjusting to changing priorities
-
Confirm new features don't disrupt existing functionality by conducting regression tests
Requirements
-
7+ years of technical background with a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of experience automating mobile app testing with tools like Monkey Talk, Selendroid, Appium, or Katalon

Practical experience testing both iOS and Android using manual and automated methods

Familiarity with Functional, Integration, Regression, Exploratory, End-to-End, Compatibility, GUI, Web Services, and Accessibility testing types

Working knowledge of Swift, Kotlin, or comparable programming languages

Skilled in API testing through Postman, IntelliJ HTTP Client, or similar platforms
-
Experience with debugging utilities such as Charles Proxy, Splunk, Sentry, or Console

Solid coding and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail

Background in complete software deployment cycles following Agile methodologies

Strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative approach to teamwork

English fluency at B2 level or above
