We are looking for a Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer to help build reliable cloud delivery and operations capabilities for insurance front- and back-office processing systems. You will partner closely with engineers to improve CI/CD, observability, security, and documentation in Azure. Apply now to join the team.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery speed and reliability
Manage Azure cloud resources to balance performance, availability, and cost efficiency
Implement security controls and disaster recovery measures for cloud infrastructure
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application scalability and performance in Azure
Monitor platform health using dashboards, alerts, and actionable operational metrics
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, deployment, and runtime issues
Create and maintain documentation for deploying components to Azure
Coordinate with a US-timezone platform team to ensure effective working-hours overlap
Provide technical guidance to peers on DevOps practices and platform standards

Requirements

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and operations
2+ years of experience building CI/CD pipelines and release automation
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Hands-on experience with Docker containerization
Hands-on experience with Terraform infrastructure as code
Hands-on experience with Argo CD for GitOps deployments
Hands-on experience with Grafana monitoring and alerting
Security best practices knowledge for cloud infrastructure and deployments
Disaster recovery planning skills for cloud-based workloads
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure and deployment issues
Clear documentation skills for deployment and operational runbooks
Good communication skills for collaboration and sprint demos with clients
English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have

Azure DevOps experience for pipeline, boards, or artifact workflows
Microservice architecture experience and operational patterns
