As a Senior Project Management Analyst (Sr. PMA), you will play a key role in the successful delivery of global clinical trials by partnering closely with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional study teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative professional who enjoys combining project management, financial oversight, process improvement, and operational excellence. You will contribute directly to the planning, execution, and governance of clinical research projects, helping ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Partner with Clinical Project Managers and Project Leaders to support the successful delivery of global clinical trials.
Maintain project plans, study timelines, milestones, and performance dashboards to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting.
Lead project risk and issue management activities, driving mitigation strategies and process improvements.
Manage project financials, including forecasting, budgets, invoicing, reconciliation, and change order processes.
Support vendor oversight, resource planning, and project governance activities.
Drive TMF/eTMF quality and compliance, supporting audits, inspections, and training requirements.
Prepare project reports, presentations, and key operational insights to support decision-making.
Mentor junior PMAs and contribute to initiatives that enhance project management best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, project management, or a related field.
Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP and applicable local regulations.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
This is a fully remote position.
Experience working within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environment.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Experience with eTMF, CTMS, financial systems, and clinical trial technologies.
Experience supporting global and cross-functional teams.
