- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads Conversion Measurement and Attribution models.
- Understanding of Tagging solutions, including gTag, Google Tag Manager and third-party TMS.
- Proven success influencing and building partnerships with measurement partners, towards a desired outcome and enlisting them as advocates.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional boundaries.

In this role, you will lead the Performance Measurement strategy across Solutions, Platforms, and Large Accounts (SPLA) by working directly with Large Customer Sales (LCS) sellers and customers. You will collaborate with business stakeholders internally and externally, work cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap and drive the product activation strategy for LCS. You will build necessary internal and external partnerships, influence cross-functional teams, develop and deliver the best go-to-market plan for the product area, including educating and helping stakeholders understand when and how to use each of our performance measurement solutions.

- Develop and own the product strategy to advance the Performance measurement agenda in SPLA.
- Drive the partnership with LCS sales teams, Google advertisers, and Ad agencies to increase the knowledge and usage of Google Analytics reports and the adoption of key features.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock strong business opportunities that help drive Google’s position as the most trusted partner to drive business growth leveraging Attribution models, understanding nuances and differences across platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, GMP, 3P tools) to support their decision making processes.
- Monitor and report on key drivers/metrics, owning the communication cadence with SPLA’s leadership team across area of specialism.
- Lead the execution of internal and external training efforts related to Google Analytics, Attribution and Conversion measurement.
