Our opportunity
We are looking for our new Product Development Consultant – Cross-Border to be r esponsible for designing, developing and implementing innovative and competitive international road transport (cross-border) solutions, aligned with market needs and company strategy. This role drives product portfolio standardization, optimization and growth.
Main responsibilities:
Ownership of Product Strategy & Development
Design and develop cross-border road transport product.
Identify market opportunities, operational gaps and industry trends.
Lead the creation of differentiated value propositions for clients.
Standardize processes, rates and service structures for scalability.
Owns and maintain product roadmap.
Work together with sales teams to develop competitive solutions.
Support bidding processes (RFPs/RFQs) with technical proposals and pricing.
Define pricing and revenue optimization strategies.
In case required, may contact customers.
Drive collaboration between cross-functional teams
Operational Integration & Performance Improvements
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure feasibility and execution excellence.
Align product design with actual network capabilities (transport, customs, suppliers).
Drive continuous improvements in transit times, costs and service reliability.
Define and monitor KPIs (cost, transit time, OTA, margin).
Analyze product performance and propose improvements.
Product Compliance & Network Design
Ensure crossborder product comply with customs regulations, legal requirements of the countries involved and AEO obligations.
Design and optimize international logistics corridors.
Work with partners and suppliers (carriers, brokers, depots).

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade or related fields.
Experience in international logistics / cross-border road transport.
Experience in developing logistics products or transport solutions
