Responsibilities
Build and manage end-to-end healthcare candidate pipelines remotely.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles, from sourcing to offer.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
Track and report recruiting metrics and progress against targets within proprietary ATS (MedRoster)
Source talent via job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess cultural fit.
Manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles and Canadian territories.
Maintain a high-visibility candidate experience and timely communication.
Collaborate with deployment team to facilitate onboarding and integration.
Promote employer branding to attract top healthcare talent remotely.
Experience/Qualifications
Ability to communicate fluently in English - business and conversational.
2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency preferred)
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with diverse candidates.
Proven ability to build trust and rapport with both clients and candidates.
Strong communication and interviewing skills with a natural curiosity for understanding people and roles.
Experience with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workwolf, or other ATS platforms.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously.
Collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and passion for helping others succeed.
Proven full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
Track and report recruiting metrics; meet quarterly targets and pipeline health.
Experience sourcing healthcare candidates (nurses especially)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skill, experience and culture fit.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and transparency.
