Identify and establish contact with individuals who are a strong fit for the services or products offered, with the objective of consistently generating a pipeline of meetings and presentations with new clients.
The SDR role focuses on proactively capturing the interest of potential clients who meet the Ideal Customer Profile defined by Clarika.
The SDR is responsible for channeling this interest into an interaction (conversation / presentation / demo) with the potential client, centered on Clarika’s value proposition. Initially, key success metrics include: number of qualified prospects contacted, meetings scheduled, and quotations generated from those meetings.
It is a “Hunter” profile, expected to proactively generate its own business opportunities, without relying solely on pre-existing databases or previously acquired client portfolios.
