Support synthesis of findings into clear, insight-driven narratives that inform action
Reporting & Template Development
Develop and maintain standardized PowerPoint templates across WFI client groups (SL, IG, Sector, Office, Account)
Produce consistent, repeatable reports that improve scalability and efficiency
Enhance reporting to enable deeper “double-click” into specific populations and experience drivers
Consultation Support & Participation
Prepare data, reporting, and synthesized insights to support Workforce Insights consultations
Participate in client meetings alongside Workforce Insights consultants to support discussion of insights and findings
Support delivery of standardized or lower-complexity readouts
Do not independently lead client sessions or own stakeholder relationships
Operational & Delivery Support
Support end-to-end reporting cycles across WFI client groups
Improve turnaround time, consistency, and quality of insights delivery
Partner across the Workforce Insights team to ensure alignment and continuity across SL, IG, Sector, and Account outputs
Key Skills & Experience
Strong analytics capability with experience interpreting people/survey data and translating insights into actionable narratives
Proven experience building dashboards, reports, or reusable data templates
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and visualization
Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance analysis efficiency, generate data-driven hypotheses, and develop compelling visualizations and narratives that accelerate insight generation and reporting quality
Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and basic Python for data manipulation preferred
Working knowledge of HR datasets (e.g., people, jobs, skills, org structures, talent KPIs)
High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and consistency
Ability to collaborate effectively in team-based and client-facing environments
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
