We're looking for a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate hybrid cloud networking environments connecting on-premise infrastructure with Google Cloud Platform. This role requires strong networking fundamentals, deep GCP networking expertise, and hands-on experience automating infrastructure using Terraform.
You'll play a key role in designing secure, scalable network architectures while troubleshooting complex connectivity challenges across cloud and enterprise environments.
- Design and maintain hybrid networking architectures connecting on-premise infrastructure with Google Cloud.
- Manage Google Cloud networking components including VPCs, VPNs, Interconnect, Load Balancers, and Firewall Policies.
- Troubleshoot complex networking issues involving routing, DNS, load balancing, and connectivity.
- Build and manage networking infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Design secure network segmentation and firewall strategies.
- Improve network reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.
- Automate networking tasks through scripting and infrastructure automation.
- Google Cloud networking experience.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP routing, DNS, and load balancing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud networking services.
- Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multi-layer network environments.
- Solid understanding of network security principles.
- Google Cloud Certifications.
- Networking certifications.
- Experience with Python, Bash, Go, or similar scripting languages.
- Hybrid cloud networking experience.
- Experience improving network observability and reliability.
