Description
The Solution Implementation Management (SIM) Analyst role is primarily responsible for coordinating and assisting with managing and executing project-specific activities from beginning to end, and supporting the SIM Manager. The SIM Analyst should be capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Project Setup and Organization – Establishing project folders/templates and creating a systematic approach to project documentation that enhances collaboration and efficiency among team members.

Smartsheet Management – Setting up and maintaining Smartsheets, including resource entry and regular updates to project forecasts. Ensure all data is accurately reflected in Smartsheets, allowing for effective tracking of project progress and resource allocation.

Material Development and Updates – Support creating and updating essential materials for projects, including kickoff decks, timeline slides, and onsite guides. Ensure all project stakeholders have the most current information and resources necessary for successful project execution.

MLR Process Support – Support uploading, tagging, and linking deliverables as per client requirements. Ensure all materials comply with MLR/IP guidelines, facilitating a smooth review and approval process.

Vendor & CWR Financial Management – Ensures accurate tracking, reconciliation, and procurement support for CWR/vendor engagements through coordinated hours validation, invoice QC, contract administration, and cross functional issue resolution.
Key Metrics to Monitor:

Smartsheet Accuracy – Timelines and hours kept current and complete.

Folder Structure Efficiency – Required files stored correctly in SharePoint.

Data accuracy in systems and tools – Minimal errors or reconciliation required for reporting.
Additional Responsibilities:

Budget Management – Support maintaining and tracking of overall budget, utilization, revenue and forecasts to ensure projects stay within scoped timeline and budget.

Team Coordination – Assist with capturing notes and next steps through weekly updates and, if necessary, meeting recaps and distribution to appropriate team members.

Logistical Support – Assist with coordination and distribution of training prep materials.

SOP Documentation – Lead the development and continuous improvement of templates and SOPs, incorporating lessons learned into standardized process flows.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Associate's or BA/BS degree (strongly preferred)
-
2+ years of relevant knowledge in a client delivery/service company
Preferred:

Experience with Project Management Software/Programs (Smartsheet, Toggl etc.)

Background in training and minimum 2 years of experience background in life sciences/pharma/biotech industry
