The Team
The Total Rewards Specialist will provide Total Remuneration support across compensation, data, and local remuneration practices. Acts as a key advisor to Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR, Data Operations (GPS) and business stakeholders, supporting complex and senior-level positions, compensation analysis, market competitiveness, retention actions, and local pay initiatives. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of remuneration data and HR systems, while coordinating provisions, system configuration, and country-specific compensation adjustments. Supports informed decision-making through market assessments, cost analysis, proposals, and executive-level recommendations.
The Role
- Conduct compensation market benchmarking and analyze external market competitiveness.
- Provide expert advice to local HR and key stakeholders on compensation-related matters, ensuring the consistent and effective application of compensation practices and policies.
- Develop compensation proposals and recommendations for new, niche, and senior-level positions.
- Partner with Finance on compensation provisions, ensuring accurate inputs and calculations.
- Act as the primary compensation point of contact for Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) on complex and senior-level roles.
- Ensure accuracy, validation, and integrity of compensation data across HiNext and Oracle, including mass data uploads and system configuration.
- Assess and recommend local compensation adjustments and additional payments based on market practices and business needs.
- Support ad hoc compensation initiatives, including retention actions, market competitiveness reviews, and other business requests.
- Provide Total Remuneration support for M&A activities, including compensation benchmarking, data analysis, employee remuneration reviews, and integration recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 4+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards, ideally in a multinational or complex organizational environment.
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, market benchmarking, salary structures, and LATAM local remuneration practices.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret compensation data, assess market competitiveness, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Experience partnering with Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders on compensation-related decisions.
- Ability to develop and communicate compensation proposals for complex, niche, and senior-level positions.
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Experience working with HR systems and compensation data, including data validation, mass uploads, and system configuration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage competing priorities, work independently, and navigate sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with Oracle, HiNext, or similar HR systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
