OBJECTIVE:
Be part of a multi-disciplinary team of Products Architects, and people with very diverse but specific skills such as UX, storytelling, Data Visualization, Python Scripting and deep-industry knowledge. Contribute as a core team member, driving end-to-end change and results for our clients. We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker, passionate about innovation and agile development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role owns the data foundation for the Finance analytics products, platforms, and AI use cases ultimately depends on. It sits at the intersection of platform infrastructure - SAP BR, GCP, and the surrounding ecosystem - and the semantic models & data products that translate raw financial results into trusted, query-ready assets for the rest of the function.
Its responsibilities lie in design and maintaining the semantic models that define how financial results are structured, joined, and exposed: revenue, cost, margin, allocations, hierarchies, time dimensions, and the business logic that makes them consistent across consumers. They work with the data products themselves - the tables, views, and queries published - including their schema, performance, lineage, refresh cadence, and documentation. They make the infrastructure decisions that determine the performance a query, whether a model scales when a new entity is onboard, and whether downstream applications and AI agents are working from a single source of truth or from fragmented copies.
The work requires deep fluency with finance platforms native upstream, strong modeling discipline (dimensional, semantic, and performance-oriented), and enough Finance context to understand grain, hierarchies, and calculation logics. Finally, it partners with our ecosystem of business experts to shape visual frameworks that derive action-oriented insights.
