Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Bookkeeper to support our U.S.-focused food and beverage distribution operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong bookkeeping and accounting experience from companies specializing in physical product handling, particularly those working with bakery, pastry, or consumer packaged goods. Your expertise in managing finances for U.S.-based businesses and major retail chains will be essential to this role. Advanced English communication skills are critical for collaborating with our U.S. clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Support financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, shipments, and inventory-related financial documentation.
- Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients, vendors, and partners.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
- 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or strong experience in A/P, A/R, or invoicing.
- Experience working for companies that manage physical products (preferably in food, bakery, or consumer goods).
- Experience working with U.S. companies or handling shipments to big box stores in the United States.
- Full-time availability.
- Willingness to work for $8–$9 per hour.
