Role Summary:
Drive Colgate’s leadership within the dental community by ensuring our oral care brands are the primary choice for personal use, in-office application, and patient recommendation. This role is responsible for generating demand across pharmacy channels and direct-to-patient professional sales within the assigned territory. You will act as a pivotal link between clinical science and commercial growth to achieve strategic business priorities
Responsibilities:
- Execute a strategic territory visitation plan to deliver clinical product data and drive active professional recommendations for Colgate’s therapeutic portfolio.
- Develop and expand the direct-to-patient sales channel within dental offices to increase market penetration and product accessibility.
- Manage and optimize the CRM database by documenting daily activities and segmenting the dentist portfolio to drive behavioral changes in professional prescription habits.
- Build long-term loyalty with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and diverse stakeholders, including dental practices, pharmacies, and health centers.
- the Triple Win methodology to effectively communicate the science and technology behind our products during professional engagements.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity while maintaining inventory control and reporting on stock levels within the territory.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Active and valid Driver’s License.
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of commercial experience in the Professional or Pharmacy channel within the CPG or Healthcare industry.
- Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
- Access to a personal vehicle for business use within the assigned territory.
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical medical terminology regarding oral hygiene and clinical care.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and provide high-quality service.
