About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to manage import operations, supplier coordination, and product flow tracking. You will ensure documentation accuracy, cost control, and system registration, enabling efficient supply chain execution from purchase order to warehouse entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders via OA system.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of import documentation for customs clearance.
- Maintain shipment tracking files with ETA updates.
- Coordinate payment planning and port expense uploads in OA.
- Work with Finance on import and logistics payment execution.
- Manage product quality samples, expired/non-compliant products, and lab analysis coordination.
- Maintain product safety data sheets (SDS).
- Monitor international freight costs.
- Ensure accurate product entry and registration in SAP.
- Coordinate with customs brokers on tariff classification and regulatory compliance (SENASA, Customs, etc.).
Job Requirements
- more than 2 years relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or import operations.
- Familiarity with SAP and OA systems.
- Strong attention to documentation and compliance details.
- Good coordination skills with internal teams and external brokers.
