Your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding new clients
- Training platform users
- Delivering exceptional support
- Setting up and managing customer accounts while fostering strong, long-term relationships
This is a full-remote position.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience as a CSM or in SaaS support is required
- Familiarity with gaming and proficiency in platforms such as Steam, Discord, and Reddit are significant advantages
- Full-time Remote contractor (invoice required)
