We're currently expanding our own team and looking for an Account Manager who will help grow GENTY Recruitment by attracting new clients interested in hiring talent across LATAM.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for promoting GENTY Recruitment's staffing and recruitment services to US-based companies hiring in Latin America.
Your role will combine inbound sales, outbound business development, and account management. You'll work directly with founders, hiring managers, and HR leaders—conducting discovery calls, presenting our recruitment services, converting prospects into clients, and building long-term relationships.
This is a highly autonomous, client-facing role focused on business growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales
- Respond to inbound inquiries from email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, website forms, and other channels.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
- Present GENTY’s services and recruitment process.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate agreements.
- Convert prospects into signed clients.
Outbound Business Development
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, messaging platforms, and phone calls.
- Build relationships with founders, hiring managers, and talent leaders.
- Generate qualified meetings and new business opportunities.
Client Management
- Coordinate communication between clients and recruiters.
- Ensure smooth handoff after contract signing.
- Support invoice follow-up and client retention activities.
Success Metrics
- Qualified meetings booked
- New contracts signed
- Revenue generated
- Repeat business from existing clients
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, or staffing.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Confidence conducting meetings and negotiating with international clients.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
