We’re looking for a highly driven, organized, and persistent Business Development Manager to help us build and maintain relationships with representatives across the entertainment industry, including music, sports, film/TV, digital media, and more.
This is an outbound-heavy role. A large part of the job involves researching contacts, sending high-quality emails, following up consistently, tracking conversations in HubSpot, and working toward clear outreach and response goals.
This is not a passive data-entry role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, managing a large pipeline of contacts, and staying disciplined with follow-ups even when people don’t respond right away.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct high-volume outreach to entertainment industry representatives through email and social media.
- Write polished outreach emails that are clear, professional, natural, and personalized when needed.
- Follow up consistently with contacts who have not responded and keep conversations moving over time.
- Manage a large contact pipeline and make sure outreach, follow-ups, notes, and next steps are accurately tracked.
- Use HubSpot or similar CRM tools to organize contacts, tasks, follow-ups, communication history, and outreach progress.
- Work toward measurable goals around outreach volume, follow-ups, responses, verified updates, and relationship-building activity.
- Build long-term industry relationships so representatives are more likely to respond, share updates, and view us as a reliable industry resource.
- Think creatively about outreach and develop new ways to improve response rates, keep relationships warm, and strengthen our network.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written English—you’re comfortable writing professional messages and outreach emails with clarity and polish. Must have strong English writing and speaking abilities.
- Extremely organized—you can juggle many accounts and keep your outreach and follow-ups on track.
- Self-motivated and driven—you take initiative, meet goals, and stay focused without constant supervision.
- Relationship-minded—you enjoy connecting with people and maintaining positive, long-term communication.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
- A genuine interest in the entertainment industry—especially music, sports, film/TV, or digital media—will help you succeed in this role.
