Sales Advisor – MMPC - EXPATs
MMPC is a fast-growing pest control company seeking a high-performing Inside
Sales & Customer Success Representative to join our remote team.
This is not a passive customer service role — we’re looking for someone who can
build rapport, identify customer needs, and convert inquiries into booked services
and long-term clients.
If you’re driven by results, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by earning
potential, this role offers strong upside in a structured, performance-focused
environment.
What You’ll Do
● Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective and existing customers
● Convert leads into booked service appointments
● Clearly explain services, pricing, and value propositions
● Identify upsell opportunities and maximize customer lifetime value
● Manage follow-ups to close pending opportunities
● Coordinate scheduling with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity
● Consistently meet or exceed individual performance targets (conversion rates,
bookings,
etc.)
What Success Looks Like
● High call-to-booking conversion rate
● Strong customer satisfaction and retention
● Consistent achievement of weekly/monthly targets
● Proactive follow-up and pipeline management
Requirements
● Proven experience in sales(at least one year), call center, or high-volume phone-
based roles
● Strong closing and objection-handling skills
● Excellent verbal communication and active listening ability
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail
● Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM systems, etc.)
● Reliable, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
Compensation
● Base: $10-$15/hour (based on experience)
● Performance-based commission (uncapped earning potential)
● Top performers can significantly increase earnings through
commissions
● May include weekends based on business needs
● Schedule assigned after training
