What You’ll Do

Access payer web portals to retrieve and verify patients’ current insurance details.
- Cross-reference insurance cards scanned into the client system to ensure data accuracy.
- Update patient accounts with the most current insurance information.
- Document all actions taken in both internal and client systems.
- Work independently from assigned work queues while meeting daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Follow client-specific policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all interactions.
What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in insurance verification is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
