Applications are open to recent graduates with right to work in Argentina with a start date in July 2026. We are looking for candidates demonstrating innovative thinking, data fluency, AI readiness and creative problem-solving. We are open to a wide range of experiences and backgrounds, with a focus on STEM subjects or a proven interest in data, automation and AI outside of your studies.
For UK / US residents: we are not accepting applications yet. We will re-open hiring for UK/US citizens / residents later during 2026 for our January 2027 cohort. We look forward to hearing from you!
What does the application process look like:

- We love testing, learning, and feedback (it's in our DNA!) so part of our process includes an online test that includes a Cognitive & Personality evaluation.
- We will invite you to a Careers & Aspirations meeting with one of our Brainlabbers to learn more about you!
- During late June 2026 we will host an onsite assessment centre day at our HIT Polo offices in Palermo.
- Get your offer to land on your new role on July 2026!
