JOB DESCRIPTION
At one of the world's most iconic financial institutions, where infrastructure is of paramount importance, you can play a pivotal role. Infrastructure Platforms (IP) is a technology organization delivering a wide range of products and services for the firm.
The IP Supply Chain is a group of a high-performing, process-oriented individuals, and innovative thinkers. You will work closely with the Supply Chain operation teams of Demand & Supply Planning, and Delivery Execution. You will also interface with many Supply Chain customers to understand the needs of their product and understand their roadmaps. As an Industrial Engineer within the IP Supply Chain team, you will help mature and improve the multimillion-dollar supply chain processes and systems using Lean methodologies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Baseline knowledge of hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling and resilience performance assessments

Fluent in English

Knowledge of MS Office package, including proficiency with Excel and Copilot;

Knowledge of Agentic AI tools

Ability to articulate technical and non-technical information and understand when to escalate issues

Basic knowledge of one specific infrastructure technology and basic programming languages (e.g., Scripting, Python, etc.)

Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure

Interest about modern technologies and familiarity with industry-wide technology trends and best practices
