We are building a Chief UIPath Developer role to lead Low Code/No Code automation delivery with UIPath across the project. You will design, deploy, and maintain automation solutions while partnering with non-technical Product Owners to turn needs into reliable workflows—apply now.
Responsibilities

Design and develop UIPath automation solutions, using pre-built templates and following a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach for automation scripts

Partner with the Product Owner to collect and clarify technology requirements, translating them into practical automation solutions

Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle, from design and development through testing and deployment, to improve productivity across the project

Collaborate within the Automation & Productivity squad to exchange best practices and provide guidance

Contribute to shaping automation standards and guidelines for the team

Monitor Low Code/No Code and automation trends, tools, and technologies to continuously strengthen automation capabilities
Requirements

7+ years of strong proficiency in UIPath, demonstrated through building and rolling out automation solutions using the tool

Solid understanding of Low Code/No Code principles, with the ability to apply templates effectively to speed up automation development

Hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, ensuring automation scripts meet quality and reliability expectations

Excellent communication skills paired with a high level of professionalism

Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking to design efficient, effective automation solutions

Clear passion for automation and a drive to bring innovation into the project

English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate)
