Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
Procurement Excellence has become a key role piece for delivering results, being one of the pillars for the sustainability of results through the capture of new categories, the implementation of processes, risk management, reports and implementation of our digital agenda.
This rol is responsible to support the South Cone market in terms of Procurement Excellence, governan & compliance agenda, policies, development and implement new process/KPI’s to ensure compliance with global processes and management of risks and opportunities.

Point of contact with our Latam team to process & digital tools implementation.

The scope of this job include:
- Provide process visibility and manage reports for business improvement.

Ensure business integration through digitalization agenda.

First point of contact for Procurement Process & Audits.
- Drive, monitore and contribute to Procurement Commercial team to improve daily routines such as: automation, process control, governance and risk assessment.

Extrapolate best practices across LatAm and Global to Local and from Local to Global and LatAm

Collaborate, define & implement digitalization agenda aligned with GP Latam team.

Manage field support metrics (quality check reviews/ user reporting)

Design and execution of controls related to compliance with policies.

Assess compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.

Identify compliance issues & define action plans.

Disseminate policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
-
Conducting the company's policy trainings.

Develop the communication and continuing education plan for Sox Reporting and audits, drawing up detailed plans, actions, deadlines and documents,
-
Observe opportunities for process optimization, as well as carry out studies / analysis of applied methodology and support the creation of new methods for monitoring compliance, identification and correction of deviations;

Ensure compliance is maintained on vendor requests and through on-going reporting

Productivity enablement through field support, compliance and communication.
- Lead system enhancement testing for change requests, break-fixes, etc.

Drive process or system enhancement work, new initiatives, reviews, approvals, new tools in our digital agenda

Participate in our global forums to share best practices and more capabilities for SOCO team.

Ensure GISR procedures in all SOCO Contracts

Suport procurement team with BCP global framework
