How You’ll Make an Impact
We are looking for a dedicated Cloud Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Developer Experience team. The role focuses on designing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud environments that support large-scale data and application workloads across AWS. You will work closely with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to deliver secure, resilient, and high-performing infrastructure.
What You’ll Achieve

Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, networking, and IAM).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and GitOps practices.
- Operate and enhance our Kubernetes (EKS) clusters with a focus on scalability, security, and developer productivity.
- Support CI/CD pipelines (argoCD, FluxCD, Github Acitons)
- Support observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo).
- Collaborate with developers to improve reliability, speed, and maintainability of production environments.
- Apply FinOps and cost-optimization strategies across multi-account architectures.
- Ensure compliance and security alignment with global Epsilon standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations and supply to incident response and root cause analysis.

Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, automate tasks, and enhance infrastructure management and developer productivity.
Who You Are

What you’ll bring with you:
- 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS and infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).
- Strong background in Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters (preferably on EKS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern Git-based workflows.
- Good communication and partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Intermediate or higher English level (written and spoken).

- Experience with Python or Go for automation.
- Knowledge of Kafka, EMR, or Spark.
- Experience implementing observability tools (Grafana, Loki, CloudWatch).
- Familiarity with SSO / IAM systems such as AWS SSO, Authentik, or Okta.
- Understanding of FinOps practices and AWS cost governance.
