As a Services Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Perform installations, commissioning, and trouble-shooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products and Solutions at customer locations.

Diagnostics of rotating and reciprocating machinery as well as other assets’ malfunctions based on all condition monitoring tools and parameters available.
-
Engagement to improve technical skills by appropriate learning program.

Select and use the appropriate criteria and or standards to assess the severity of a machinery fault.

Timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements
-
React to customer required travel in a timely manner, while bringing all required service equipment
-
Handles diverse clients in the region - including Brazil. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

Complete Documentation of findings / recommendations

Professionally communicate with customer and other team members

Perform Asset Management / Reliability Service Studies
-
Assess job site Safety and perform services as per Bently Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies

Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:

College Degree, preferably in electrical or mechanical fields.
-
Field Engineer Program certification;
-
Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, as required
-
Ability and willingness to work overtime, as required
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English language
-
Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines
-
Ability to pass a background screening and drug test.
-
Ability to transverse around and over industrial piping and equipment.
-
Exceptionally strong customer service mindset.

Detail oriented

Very strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and team skills,
-
>10y of experience with Bently Nevada products is preferred;
-
Maintenance & Reliability Background in Power Generation, Oil and Gas production, refining or petrochemical plants is desireable
-
Sales Force / ServiceMax knowledge is desireable;

SAP knowledge is desireable;
