About the role
As a SAP GRC Security & Authorizations (S&A) Consultant, you will make an impact by supporting end-to-end SAP GRC implementations and rollouts that enhance security, compliance, and risk mitigation across enterprise systems. You will be a valued member of the project delivery team, collaborating with senior consultants and business stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant system access.
In this role, you will:
Participate in SAP GRC Access Control and Security implementations and rollouts.
Assist in gathering business requirements and configuring GRC S&A processes.
Support role design, user provisioning, and authorization management.
Contribute to workshops, training sessions, documentation efforts, and user support.
Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing, help resolve defects, and provide post–go-live support and continuous improvements.
Work model
This is a hybrid position requiring regular onsite presence (2–3 days per week) in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. What you need to have to be considered
4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control and Security implementations.
Strong knowledge of GRC components including Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, Role Management, and User Provisioning.
Experience with SAP authorization concepts, role design, and compliance frameworks.
Participation in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP GRC implementations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
These will help you stand out
Experience in S/4HANA environments.
Background in regulated industries such as pharma, banking, or manufacturing.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
