What You’ll Do:
Onboarding Support
Coordinate pre-boarding tasks for new hires, including system access, documentation, and readiness checks
Schedule orientation sessions and prepare onboarding materials
Maintain and evolve new hire checklists; track task completion to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
HR Administration
Provide first-level support for employee benefits inquiries, including eligibility, enrollment timelines, and general program information; escalate complex matters to the HR Operations Specialist as appropriate
Support benefits administration tasks such as new hire enrollments, qualifying life event documentation, and open enrollment coordination
Monitor and manage the HR inbox; respond to routine inquiries and route more complex issues appropriately
Prepare and process HR documents, such as Separation Agreements, employment verifications and other employment-related forms
Maintain digital personnel files, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Support HRIS data entry, updates and routine audits
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HR documentation and internal confluence pages
Track completion of compliance trainings and acknowledgments
Assist with internal audits and reporting by gathering documents and supporting data cleanup.
General Support
Provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources team
Help coordinate HR events, training sessions and small employee programs
The Right Fit:
1-2 years of HR administrative, coordinator or operations support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable handling confidential employee information with discretion
Experience working with HR systems such as Greenhouse, Rippling or similar tools is preferred.
Working knowledge of U.S. employee benefits (e.g., medical, 401(k), leave policies) and ability to support routine employee inquiries
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with ticketing or inbox management tools (Jira, shared inboxes, etc.)
Experience maintaining internal documentation (Confluence, Google Suite, etc.)
