Clinical Trial Administrator – Business Operations
Location: Argentina, Buenos Aires
We are looking for a Clinical Trial Administrator – Business Operations to join our growing Clinical Trials team. This is a unique entry-level opportunity within a newly established and evolving function, focused on strengthening operational excellence across our clinical studies.
In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of clinical trial execution, supporting key activities such as payments, vendor coordination, and clinical supply tracking. This position offers exposure to a dynamic environment where continuous improvement and innovation are highly encouraged.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Trial Administrator, you will:
Support clinical supply coordination and tracking, including shipments, stock levels, and logistics processes
You will manage multiple activities simultaneously, supporting a high volume of studies and stakeholders.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with a strong execution mindset and interest in operational roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Economics, or related fields (or similar)
