Whom are we looking for? (requirements)
- Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro + Adobe After Effects (confident, fast, clean).
- Strong visual taste (pacing, rhythm, typography, basic motion design).
- Desktop PC + quality monitor + stable high-speed internet. (We do not accept small-screen-only laptop setups.)
- English: upper-intermediate (internal communication is in English).
- Comfortable using AI tools/plugins in post-production.
- Looking for stable, long-term, full-time remote work.
What this role is NOT:
❌ NO direct communication with clients ever.
❌ No vague feedback like “make it better” - briefs and revisions are structured.
❌ NO toxic communication.
❌ NO toxic content.
❌ NO wedding videos.
Payments:
- We pay weekly (Tuesdays).
- Minimum weekly hours are agreed in advance with your Team Lead.
- This role is paid hourly.
- Your hourly rate is determined after the test task + interview.
- The $700–$1200/month range is a typical outcome for ~140 hours/month,
depending on skill level and speed.
- We use Time Doctor for time tracking and billing transparency.
- Paid vacation (21 days), days off (10 per year) become available for those who have worked for more than six months.

Work Conditions:
- This is a contractor role (remote) with a Canadian company; payment is in USD via an agreed method.
- Fully remote work from home on your PC.
- 2-month probation period. During month 1: weekly payments on Tuesdays. The first video can be paid immediately.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends off). Flexible schedule, but you must overlap with our team for at least 5 hours/day during Argentina/LATAM daytime (exact overlap windows agreed with your Team Lead).
- You can plan breaks, gym, family commitments, siestas - results and communication matter.
