Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable backend architecture aligned with company goals

Review peer code submissions to uphold strong coding standards

Work closely with various teams to gather and clarify technical needs

Diagnose and fix intricate issues throughout the software stack

Weigh in on architectural choices and long-term technical planning

Guide and support less experienced developers on the team

Fine-tune application speed and maintain overall system stability

Produce readable, well-structured, and properly documented code

Take part in sprint planning sessions and effort estimation

Keep up to date with new technologies and evolving industry standards
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development

Solid command of Python along with its essential libraries

Practical background in database design and query optimization

Working experience with Git for tracking changes and team collaboration

Direct experience building applications using Python web frameworks

Understanding of Python web servers and how to deploy them effectively

Firm grasp of security fundamentals and secure coding practices

Familiarity with various software development methodologies and their real-world use

Proven experience setting up user authentication and authorization systems

Some exposure to AI concepts and their integration into software projects

Solid written and verbal English communication at a B2 level or above
