As a Talent Acquisition Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to join the organization, focusing on individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
As a Specialist, you will provide specialized advice and handle technical tasks, conducting in-depth analyses to support specific projects. You will be expected to adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver quality results that drive value and contribute to the team's success. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will focus on enhancing employee skills and knowledge, collaborating with diverse teams to strategize and implement talent development initiatives that align with market developments and firm strategy.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition process by sourcing and selecting candidates who align with organizational values
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and streamline recruitment processes
- Conducting behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability and potential for success within the organization
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Managing candidate relationships through effective communication and feedback
- Analyzing recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve hiring practices
- Engaging with faculty and campus relations to enhance campus placement initiatives
- Implementing recruitment marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract top talent
- Facilitating intake interviews to gather detailed candidate information and assess fit for specific roles
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: a Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient recruitment processes
- Excelling in behavioral interviewing techniques for candidate assessment
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse talent acquisition
- Conducting recruitment data analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Engaging in stakeholder management to enhance recruitment outcomes
- Demonstrating skills in recruitment marketing and strategy development
