Role: Customer Success & Accounting Associate

Salary: 1.100 USD per month.
We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Success & Accounting Associate to manage the order-to-cash cycle, from customer purchase order through final invoicing, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Staff Accountant role as you develop within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming customer purchase orders into sales orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Process pick tickets received from our 3PL and convert completed sales orders into customer invoices
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records within our accounting system
- Serve as a point of contact between our AP/AR teams and customer/vendor AP/AR departments, resolving discrepancies and answering billing inquiries
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order and invoice processing
- Experience converting purchase orders to sales orders in an order management or ERP system
- Familiarity with 3PL pick ticket processes and invoice generation
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge; experience with QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting software
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with external AP/AR contacts at customers and vendors
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
- Experience working in professional services, consulting, or finance environments
- Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices
