We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Test Automation Engineer with strong Java expertise to join our team. In this role, you will design and maintain robust automated testing solutions for web-based applications, RESTful services, and Salesforce-based platforms, ensuring the highest quality across our microservices architecture.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using the Playwright framework for web-based applications and RESTful services

Understand and validate functionality of applications built on the Salesforce platform (e.g., custom Salesforce objects, Apex logic, Lightning components) and Java microservices

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including integration and API testing for microservices and endpoints
-
Collaborate with the development, product, and QA teams throughout the Agile software development lifecycle

Conduct end-to-end testing for Salesforce customizations, integrations, Lightning Web Components, and Apex triggers
-
Review RESTful API specifications and perform automated API testing using tools like Postman or Playwright

Monitor test execution results and troubleshoot integration failures in automation pipelines (CI/CD)

Track, document, and report defects using tools such as Jira
Requirements

3+ years of experience in Java test automation

Expertise in Test Automation Framework Architecture

Proficiency in Playwright and REST Assured
-
Skills in testing Salesforce-based applications and using TestRail

Understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative test planning in Scrum/Kanban environments

Capability to write clear, precise, and reusable test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with version control tools like GitHub or GitLab

Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
