Currently, we are looking for a People Advisory Specialist who is an independent operational contributor within the People Partnership and Advisory function, supporting the employee lifecycle across the organization.
This role provides advisory services to managers and employees on HR processes, policy interpretation, employee relations, and compliance matters at a location or country level.
Responsibilities

Act as a reliable resource for managers and staff on everyday people-related questions

Walk stakeholders through pivotal stages of the employee experience, delivering a seamless and uniform journey

Translate internal policies into practical guidance suited to individual circumstances

Respond to employee concerns and help resolve workplace situations fairly and promptly

Partner with teams across functions to assist in launching people-focused programs and initiatives

Keep precise records and paperwork tied to people activities and case inquiries

Track patterns and share findings to help refine people practices and operational processes

Add value to ongoing improvement work by recommending updates to current workflows and tools
Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a comparable discipline

2+ years of background in People Management, HR Advisory, or similar HR operational positions

Direct involvement in supporting onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding stages across the employee lifecycle

Applied understanding of talent management approaches, covering development planning and career progression support

Experience taking part in performance management cycles, including objective setting, evaluations, and feedback discussions

Strong foundation in employee relations, including managing delicate issues and assisting with conflict resolution

Confident grasp of policy and compliance areas, with the capability to interpret and apply internal guidelines

Awareness of the people management processes operating within an organization

Functional familiarity with local labor regulations and statutes relevant to the supported region

Hands-on use of HR systems and tools, such as people platforms, case management systems, and Level Up for skills tracking

Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills (B2+ level or above)
