JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities

Enable automation, tooling, and team delivery: Develop and maintain Analytical Tools, contribute to automation and operational enhancement initiatives, collaborate with global teams on projects/UAT, and support/coach analysts to meet production deadlines.

Build tools and drive process improvement: Develop/maintain Excel-based tools and templates; automate manual steps where possible and streamline workflows using large datasets to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Required skills & qualifications

5+ years' experience in financial analytics, data operations, data management, or a closely related field

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline

Advanced Excel, Alteryx and Tableau or similar analytics/visualization tools capabilities (analysis, reconciliation, data-quality validation/checks)

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a time-sensitive environment

Proven ability to design, build, and automate data architectures, processes, and workflows

Experience delivering end-to-end analytics outputs, including dashboard development

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies

Working knowledge of financial instruments and multi-asset markets

Hands-on experience using Databricks for analytics and reporting/dashboarding use cases
Preferred skills & qualifications
- Experience operating in a controlled environment (documented procedures, data-quality controls, auditability)
