A global fintech company is looking to expand its footprint in Latin America through strategic partnerships and affiliate networks. We are supporting their search for a senior-level commercial professional to lead the growth and performance of indirect channels in Argentina and the region.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to build trust with external partners, and can operate cross-functionally with product, operations, and global leadership.
Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliates, referral partners, and B2B channels across Argentina and selected LATAM markets
Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, training and activation — with a clear focus on new customer acquisition
Build the internal playbook for affiliate management, tracking performance, retention and revenue contribution
Collaborate with product, compliance and operations teams to ensure partners are supported and aligned with business goals
Represent the company in partner meetings, events and communities related to fintech, payments and digital business
Report on KPIs, CAC and performance by partner channel, using data to improve conversion and scalability
4–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate programs, or indirect sales
Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, e-commerce, or B2B digital platforms
Comfortable owning results in lean structures , with the ability to prioritize and execute autonomously
Strong communication skills — able to manage stakeholders, align expectations and negotiate win-win terms
Fluency in Spanish and good proficiency in English (used for internal meetings and reporting)
Availability to work in a hybrid format – 2x per week in Vicente López (Buenos Aires)
Experience in partner programs with commission models, revenue share or marketplace logic
Regional exposure in Chile, Peru, Colombia and other Spanish-speaking LATAM
Familiarity with compliance, onboarding and product adaptation in financial services
